Twitch Chat Constantly Reconnecting

Whever I open OBS my twitch chat starts continuously reconnecting and keeps spamming the "Welcome to the chat room!" message.

He is using streamelemnts, so he probably use the stremelements chat.
Needs to contact streamelements for this one.

No, I am not using a VPN.

I probably should have said this, but It's been happening for a month and I only recently found this forum. I know it started happening when I used the websocket feature in OBS, but even after disabling it the problem is still persisting.

PaiSand, thank you for your insight. I will also reach out to streamelements, but it happenes on the normal Twitch Chat built into OBS too.
