Nevermind, I solved the problem. But, here is the solution to anyone who has the same issue.
I am using Google Chrome. Chrome has a specific problem due to a preference in it's settings. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Open the Google Chrome browser and click the three bars on the top right corner, then click <Settings>.
2. Scroll down to the very bottom and click <Show advanced settings...>
3. Scroll even further down and locate the "System" column.
4. Uncheck the box that says "Use hardware acceleration when available".
5. Restart Chrome, then it should work!
