Question / Help Twitch buffering help

I couldn't find the forums for Twitch so ima post this here eve since Twitch started this whole buffering bs it's hard to keep ppl in my channel was wondering if anybody knew if this was something on my end

my dl speed is 55 and my upload speed is 36

my encoder is x264

my bit rate is 2500

i live in md atm and am streaming to the VA EST i have tried switching servers from ESt to West and some ppl say i buffer some don't

my res i stream at is 720p my filter is set to billinear

my x264 cpu preset is set to very fast

My pc specs are

iuf anybody can tell me why im buffering i would greatly appreciate it

Could you give us a log file of this? Are you dropping frames?

How do i give a log file and no not that i can tell all though my KBs does randomly go to 0 some times crashing the stream if that helps
