Twitch Bot or PhantomBot Script with OBS Remote

Besides DeepBot and Streamlabs ChatBot, there is no Twitch bot with OBS remote functionality. DeepBot costs money, and Streamlabs ChatBot is not preferred since I use StreamElements.
