Twitch bandwidth

I'm having a huge problem being able to stream to Twitch. Network keeps dropping frames.
Looks like I'm having packet loss to the servers.
Here is a screen shot of the test.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

This isn't something OBS can fix. This is a network problem somewhere between your home connection and the Twitch servers. You'll need to talk to your ISP about it.

I’m afraid of that. They are worthless when it comes to customer service or solving problems.

Maybe try a good VPN? They are often more performant and it may negate your ISP treating the traffic in a way which causes this degradation of quality. The data will be taking a different route and your ISP won't be able to do traffic management based on it going to twitch.
