So I have noticed this morning that twitch audio/Output is delayed between .5-1 second if (in my case) scrolling text is added to a stream and it is quite noticeable to me.

Unsynced 1 Unsynced 2
You can notice in Unsynced 2 that this audio lag carries on after the text is removed from screen/source box for text is removed.
The farthest back I can date this problem is Sep 28, 2014 on the Unsynced 1/CSGO time broadcast

I am also planning on going back to x264 encoder, I was mainly just testing out NVENC and I thought it was all right at the current moment.
