Question / Help Twitch Alerts will not show up in OBS

I cant seem to get the alerts to show up in obs ive watched all the videos on setup i can find and googled any answers to no avail the alerts work with the launched widgets but will not show up in stream ive even tries uninstalling everything and reinstalling

You're not the only one. I downloaded OBS yesterday and today I have been working to set it up. OBS will stream my gaming content but I can't get Twitch Alerts to work with OBS. I followed the tutorials precisely and they don't show up. I'm using the current version for Win 10 and it comes with CLR Browser so it shouldn't be a problem yet it doesn't work.

well that is like what I am dealing with. but instead, I get a black box on my alert widget.

Do you guys have the CLR browser plug in added to the plug in folder?
