Question / Help Twitch Alerts Playing Twice When Someone Follows/Subs/Host etc.

So I am having an issue where if someone follows or hosts me on twitch the alert will play then a couple seconds later it will play again. Is there a reason why it's doing this? Please help.
 
Make sure you only have one instance of the browser source added. If you need it on multiple scenes, use add existing.
 
I run 2 browser alerts one for my followers, subs etc and I also run one for my recent events but they have different URL names. Is there anything else it could be?
