Hi,
I have tried so many different things since Friday the 22nd I have lost count. I have run out of ideas so finally made an account to post here I really hope someone can help.
Problem:
I made a custom follow alert on twitch alerts and when I test the playback I only hear the sound but I don’t see the image. I do see the image on the green launcher screen but not on the OBS screen. I also tested the default alerts for subscribe +donate. I hear the sound but don’t see the image, I do see the image on the green screen however.
What I have done:
I have downloaded and installed the latest version of OBS studio with the browser plugin.
I am running OBS studio in 64 bit mode as administrator (cant stream if not in admin mode)
I have added the twitch alerts URL link in the OBS browser source where requested.
I have set the Twitch alerts to the top of the OBS studio “sources” menu.
I have updated my google chrome to the latest version and turned off hardware acceleration.
I have added "--disable-gpu" to the target path.
I have disabled Kaspersky and windows defender.
I am running on a fresh install of windows 10 pro with dual monitor setup.
As a new streamer I have found OBS very easy to use and all the you tube videos help a lot. Thank you for the software. Please help me with this issue its driving me nuts!
( currently at work but i will send the log file once i get home)
