Question / Help Twitch alerts follow/donation sound not working, pic works

sound isn't working tho...

I tried deleting and re-doing the clr browser and putting the web site in...same thing happens.

twitchalerts is hard to use and i had a hard time with the donations and stuff also.

How are you checking if you get sound? The clr browser does not output audio for you to hear, it only outputs to the stream.

It actually does. If i get a follower alert using only the clr browser plugin with twitch alerts, i hear the sound (and then it is transmitted to the stream).

im a new streamer...someone follows and i cant even hear it to thank them -_________________-

idk why its started doin this

i try del and resetting up the clr browser plugin

no updates are needed....and i put it on top in order list

idk wtf wrong with this

im bout to try subalerts tbh...

i see the follow/donate "has followed with a banner" but dont hear anything.

i would love to know if something is wrong wit twitch alerts

if i use the non clr plugin and jus launch with a browser then i can hear it

All i know is that it works for me.
