Hi there...
I have a 2PC Setup. Encoder is a Threadripper 1950X, oc @4ghz, 32GB DDR4/3200, CaptureCard is Elgato HD60pro.
As long as there is only slow movement, the picture is perfect but as soon as something moves faster, there are these
nasty artifacts. See the VOD at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/274987623
The setings are CBR, Bitrate 8000, Buffer 2500 (tested with 0 as well), Keyframe Interval 2, Encoding Slow, Profile main, x264 Options threads=27
Logfile is at httpsd://hastebin.com/oqokegusap
I think it should be possible to get a way more better quality with 8MBit, right ? Any ideas ?
