Turn off noise cancelling software in Windows 11

I am trying to run OBS for livestream and we have discovered that there seems to be a noise cancelling software running somewhere in Windows 11 that is not allowing OBS to broadcast the instruments and music. It completely cancels it out. Does anyone know how I turn this feature off?
