Hello,

So I've been streaming for a few months now and it's has been going decently at my 1.5 mb upload speed. I was reaching almost 720p, nothing crazy, but the quality was decent. Now I'm trying to use a web-cam on my stream and I found a way to do it with the IP camera for my android phone. So I connected everything and everything shows fine in Obs and all of that. But now when I stream either the camera get's super pixelated at times and you can't really see much, or there is like major lag, and audio and video get desynced. Any suggestions on how I could get my android phone to work as a web-cam and have decent quality?

Funny, I actually tried this aswell with my LG nexus 5 with software called smartcam. It would look really blurry and stuttery since all the data isn't transfered fast enough through wifi. I don't think it's actually going to work, since I've tried a lot to solve the problem. BUT: you CAN do it with a videocamera if you want to/can, without having any lag, desynchronization, blur etc. Just look up on youtube.

But...for 20 dollars you can also buy a decent 720p webcam on amazon.
