Trying to uninstall OBS

Trying to uninstall OBS. I uninstalled from the apps/program pages and all that. However, in Task Manager (Details tab) there is still obs64.exe there but suspended. When I try to End Task, it says "access denied".

Also in my Program Files in Local C drive, there is a obs-studios folder still there that I can't delete because it says the file is open in another program.

This all started when I tried to update OBS and no progress could be made, and I can't install the current update of OBS because it says that OBS is still running.
Please help
