Question / Help Trying to stream with my Youtube Chat but the window is black? (Window Capture)

I am using Window Capture to get my youtube chat, I have tried searching this up and found nothing but the fullscreen issue. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am supposed to be seeing my chat but all I get is a black box. Please help! Thanks in advanced :)

Disable hardware acceleration in your browser.

You've also bumped your thread five minutes after opening it. Use some patience. It can take days sometimes, as everyone helping out here are community members, not staff; OBS doesn't really have staff.
