Question / Help Trying to stream with Logic Pro X as my audio source

Hi, I am using my Mac with high Sierra 10.13.6, and I want to stream live music perfomance with my webcam for video and Logic Pro X as my audio. I think I have the video portion right, but I was under the impression that I would need sound flower to run my mics through my audio interface, into logic, into sound flower and finally into OBS. However, I am seeing somethings suggesting sound flower is no the way to go anymore? Can I still download and use Soundflower with high Sierra 10.13.6, and if so where? Or is there something else that will work and allow me to use Logic Pro X as my audio source for the stream? Thanks.

Desktop audio still requires 3rd party software for capture. iShowU, SoundFlower, LoopBack, or something similar.
