Question / Help Trying to stream on 720p 60fps But know the best settings for great quality

I been messing around on OBS to stream at 720P 60FPS I have a good computer just can’t find the right settings And I am streaming on consoles any good setting tips My pc specs are

CPU I7-7700K
GPU GTX 1050 Ti
Ram 16GB
Elgato HD60 S
