Trying to stream keep running into issues

Hello,

I have seem to be having trouble with OBS on my Linux Machine, I am able to stream for at least 5+ minutes then OBS just stops streaming to twitch

picture attached for some more info kb/s is sitting at 0 tried changing some things didnt seem to do anything, I am using Pop! OS! 22.04
