Question / Help Trying to Stream in 60fps but Stream looks like 30 !

Hey, i have a problem, i dont know if im right here..

I'm trying to Stream in 60fps but the thing is my stream says, 720p60fps but it looks like 720p30fps ... can someone help me?

My specs:

i7 7700k
GTX 1070
16GB Ram

please help me :(
