Hey guys. I recently had an idea to stream league of legends to my friends since i have this tremendous upload speed ( 30+ mbps) in the city i study but the problem is that i have a really old and low laptop. Its the Acer Aspire 6930g ( geforce 9300 gs 256mb, intel 2 core processor) and obviously the people who watched it said that sometimes it just lags, some times plays for 3 secs and buffers for another 6 and there is a big delay and i just want to know if there are some settings i can do so they can just see me even in terrible quality, if not its ok. Thanks :)

Too many dropped frames, try using preset "SuperFast", at a small cost of quality, or lower output resolution.

As for bitrate, use a bitrate of 2000 or less for Twitch, as there is too little quality improvements from output resolution less then 854x480. Using less bitrate can also lower CPU usage and have fewer frame skips.

It helped a lot. Tell me if there is something more i should do, or something to the game because from 60 fps im going down to 30. Thank you very much

Maybe set downscaling to bilinear if you haven't yet.

There is not much else to do on a slow computer. Getting a faster computer will really help a lot.

EDIT: forgot to say that your settings in your log does work for avoiding massive dropped frames.
