Question / Help Trying to stream CSGO - laggy in game

I'm currently trying to stream CSGO, before my internet was too slow so ping was way too high, I fixed that.
But now my internet is fixed (37 download 9.7 upload), ping is below 20, but the game is laggy.

I noticed my webcam added even more lag, so I turned that off and it made it slightly better but still the problem persists.

PC Specs:
GPU - AMD 7970 XFX Black Edition
CPU - Gen3 i5 3570k
RAM - 8GB Corsair Vengeance (speed 1800 I think)
inet speeds - 37/9.7

1st time on the forums, so if you need more info, just ask.

As AMD sucks
Try to run task messenger and set cs go on few cores, obs on other cores

also u can use WinAFC program to automate this process

Problem fixed.

I turned on my intel graphics, made a virtual screen and enabled Quick sync in OBS. Now my CPU does less work and all the free GPU space helps with the encoding.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mU-Fy61H3w&index=1&list=FLHvfDa5Yz9KM0soKROFt5uw - video expaling it to help people. If you can't made a new screen, doesn't matter, you can still turn on Quick sync to great effect.

Now I 100% disregard ZergSquad's stupid suggestion. Seen as I get 300+ FPS with my card, even with Quick sync.
