Question / Help trying to stream COH with Game Capture

That's it. I'm trying to stream Company of Heroes with Game Capture and i get nothing but a black screen, no problems with Software Capture, i stream nicely with it, but i understand that with Game Capture should work just fine...., well, it doesn't.
I wonder why, and i also wonder what is the tech difference between the two methods and which one is the less cpu demanding

All 32 bit here
 
Forgive me, but why did you create a thread? I responded to this issue in the other thread where you were talking about this.
