Question / Help Trying to stream a pre recorded video - color is bad

I found UniConverter for mac and am trying different settings to get a better quality on that one video, for a rebroadcast at a later date.
Not sure what h.264 is, don't see that anywhere in this program, just different video formats and a slide bar to increase compression/decrease bit rate and file size.
 
That program puts its logo over the entire screen, and I'm not paying to upgrade. The compressed version didn't make any difference - video looked frozen.
 
One thought, try installing VLC and using VLC source rather than Media Source to see if this resolves the issue, otherwise I am afraid I am out of ideas.
