Trying to rule out OBS causing "crash" while using RetroArch

I have been using OBS for a while now without any issue, but I recently switched emulators to RetroArch 1.20.00. Now I am getting crashes nearly every 30 minutes, though "crashes" might not be the right term. My monitor turns off for about 30 seconds, then when it comes back on, my sound settings are muted and RetroArch is sort of frozen (display moves very slowly) and needs to be restarted.

I want to rule out OBS because I have tried using RetroArch without OBS/recording, and I haven't run into any issues. I suspect OBS is the issue. Log file attached.
