Question / Help Trying to record some 4K footage.

I have an RTX2060. I'm recording from my console which is hooked up to an Elgato 4K60 Mk2. I'm getting lots of encoding lag. I should point out I'm trying to capture 4K footage.

Turn off psycho-visual tuning. Switch to CQP rate control.
