Hello! Was just wondering what settings I should use in, well, everything. I've no plans on streaming, I just wanna record League of Legends gameplay.

Here are my computer's specs:
Processor: AMD A4-5300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.38 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Windows 8.1
The video adapter is: AMD Radeon HD 7670M

Is there also a recommended setting while I'm playing LoL itself?

I've encountered a few problems as well.
1) I was able to record a game once. It was okay, it was lagging for some reason when I watched it, and in the middle of the video, the video just froze. The audio was still going, though.
2) Whenever I try game capture, OBS doesn't detect anything. Yes, I also added a source aside from the client. It was able to detect it once, after that, it doesn't anymore. Should LoL be open first before I open OBS or something? I tried window capture, but it just records a black screen.
3) I don't need 1080p, I'd love if I can record in 720p with 60fps, but I don't mind settling for 480p with 30fps because the last time I did 720p, 60fps, the video froze in the middle. But maybe my computer just can't take it.

Please help! :( Thank you!

I just unistalled and then installed it, so I don't think I have a log file available. I kinda deleted the old videos. I can try to follow the settings you'll recommend and then show up with a log file if it still doesn't work

First LoL needs use of the scene switcher. the main menu uses a window capture and the game itself has yet another window for that.

Second your CPU is really slow. I would recommend this build of OBS instead.
