Hi, I'm currently trying to record, but I keep running into errors. Is there any way to fix it?

looks like your NVenc wont start working -> pls do a clean install of Driver (uninstall with DDU in "safe mode" -> install latest nvidia driver)

Would NVidia Game Ready Driver work in this particular case?

That GPU does not support NVENC.
