Question / Help Trying to record beat saber

i can record the screen just fine but the audio is super quiet on the recording what should i do also this is what i have is there something i need to edit or add? also i might be streaming beat saber soon can you even stream beat saber and if so what should the setup be

In Settings -> Audio, try changing the "Desktop Audio Device 1" to the VR headset manually.
