Question / Help Trying to live stream- blank picture

I try to livestream my game (running on pc) and when I check my livestream later it just records the sound, with an initial image.

My upload speed is 30Mbps.

During my livestream I have an obvious fps drop, but nothing drastic.

I have 3.2 quad core, don't know if that is slow...I ran a livestream with a lower end machine and it worked out.

Ah, okay, I see what you're saying then. This -might- be caused by the SLI but I'm not entirely sure. Could you try using game capture hotkey and see if that helps? Sometimes using the window selector can cause more problems than it's worth.

I admit I'm sort of confused as well as to why it's happening -- I know resident evil should be capturable, I've seen it streamed on PC before, so my best guess would be either SLI or the hotkey thing. (Also might want to try selecting the second video adapter in video settings)

Doing single card did not work.

I can't do the hotkey thing...is it supposed to auto-detect or something? It won't work for me.

The hotkey activates game capture when you switch to the game and press the hotkey.

Well what I was meaning is do you think you could try both cards listed in video settings? There should be two identical cards listed, try doing it with the top one, then try doing it with the lower one, see if it changes anything (though for some reason I doubt it will)

Switching cards did not help.

The hotkey feature does not seem to work for me, regardless of what hotkey I issue it to. For example, I set it to the decimal on the numpad (which is in the settings category) and press it in-game to no avail. I also clear it from the settings tab to make sure the only hot key issued is via game capture.

I pressed it an it did not stream.

I don't know what's going on unfortunately. I would have to see the system directly at this point to really be able to experiment with solutions. If I personally had access to the computer, I would first try updating drivers. If that fails, I'd probably end up try seeing if the SLI is actually at fault or not (taking out one of the cards to see if SLI is -actually- to blame or not). Though something like that would usually be the last resort. We have SLI streamers with no problems so SLI shouldn't be at fault, but I can't really think of what else is going on at this point because I've never really seen this particular issue happen before.
