Question / Help Trying to get super smooth 60fps

I don't know if I have the right settings.
I'm using hdpvr2
Some guys on twitch it's so smooth I want to know how they do it. Any guides or anything? I've searched the forums found nothing. I includes my log file

Your log says you're disconnecting from Twitch on occasion. Chances are your CPU is handling the load just fine, but how is your connection faring?

What is the result of a test on http://speedtest.net ?
