Question / Help Trying to get obs to stream at least at 720p

I've been trying to start streaming just because I think it would be fun to do but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong to get the resolution to look better on my stream ill attach a log file of the latest stream it was just one overwatch match to try and test things out

No issues (a very short attempt)

Clearly, network issues.
Your upstream spedd is not enogh or maybe you have not selected the best Twitch server

so weird thing happened the closest server had a quality of 0 and I'm not really sure why. but yeah all the quality numbers are pretty low so I'm assuming this is just something to do with my internet
