Question / Help Trying to get most of my stream

Hello, new streamer here looking for some advice to help me get my stream going.

Currently attempting to stream MOBAs (HoN/DotA2) or FPS games such as CS:GO.

Currently my setup is:
i7-2600k @4.2ghz
8 gb ram
nVidia 560 ti hawk
nVidia gts 250

Netspeed: [Taken from Testmy.net]
Download :: 20.8 Mbps 2.6 MB/s
Upload :: 2.5 Mbps 312 kB/s

Some quick notes:
-My ping reaches about 140 ingame
-I don't really feel cpu lag at all in game
-AT&T U-Verse is my net provider

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.
