Question / Help Trying to get game and party audio through an elgato into Obs

I am currently trying to get the elgato to capture my game and party chat audio for streaming. I purchased the Elgato chat link and have it split like i am suppose to, but when i get the audio to go through for voices, the game audio does not as well. Also i would like it for the game audio to also go through my headset and not the tv, just to use it as a monitor and nothing more.

Does it work as expected in the Elgato software? This sounds more like a general setup issue.
