Hey guys! So my stream was lagging, so I dialed back the graphics on it, and it's not skipping anymore, but I would like to get some feedback on what settings would be optimal for me!

VERY LOW PRIORITY HERE! Everything is working, but I'm still pretty new at OBS, so I'm not sure what my Rig can really handle. (Or quite frankly, what a lot of these settings do/mean.) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

OBS isn't able to keep up and here's where in the logs that you can tell:
20:36:18: Total frames encoded: 81475, total frames duplicated: 21801 (26.76%)
20:36:18: Total frames rendered: 59823, number of late frames: 21351 (35.69%) (it's okay for some frames to be late)
You want that total frames duplicated percentage to be less than 1%. Yours is at 26+% which is why it looks so bad.

Increase your downscale... 864p won't look good at 2000kbps bitrate anyways. Change it to 720p (1.5x downscale), this will both help your CPU keep up and it is a size better suited to the bitrate you're sending. Also, it looks like you're doing monitor capture instead of game capture... monitor capture is really slow, do game capture instead.

Once you've made those two changes, try again for at least five minutes of high action gameplay, and see if the duplicated frames is less than 1%. If yes, then you're good, if not, then you'll need to tweak further, like changing the preset to SuperFast or increasing the downscale even more (for a smaller stream resolution).
