Question / Help Trying to find my perfect settings for obs

I'm done with trying to crack action and stuff .. I just want to use obs like all other people ! I dont have a really bad pc, but i really need help to find my settings .... Thank you guys.

MotherBoard MSIB85-G43 Gaming
Procesor Intel Haswell Refresh, Core i5- 4460 3.2 Ghz BOX
Ram memory HyperX Savage 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ CL9
Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 32/64 bit (mine is now 64)
Video card GeForce GTX 960 SSC Gaming ACX 2.0+ 8GB-DDR5 128 bit
Source FSP Raider 650W
My internet connection is kinda low tho : Ping 8ms, Download Speed 25.90 and Upload 10.75
But i want the settings for recording not streaming .
