Basically i'm hoping somebody can recommend me what settings I can use. I'm hoping to get the best quality I can.
I've messed around once with the settings earlier this week and while I had solid fps in game, the recording was all jumpy and had fps drops. I uploaded it here: https://youtu.be/_vxs6yU212M?t=2m31s
My Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Memory: Kingston Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Toshiba 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 390 8GB Nitro Video Card
Power Supply: Antec High Current Gamer 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

From what I can tell I should be able to run 1080p at 60fps fairly well. I'm hoping to run games such as CS:GO, maybe GTA V (unlikely) and other games.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
P.S Should I be using original OBS or OBS studio. I'm kind of new to OBS
