Question / Help Trying to figure out how to maintain constant 60fps in OBS

The only intensive thing I'm doing with my computer is running OBS, the gameplay I'm capturing comes from a console and I have two external webcams as my other video sources, as well as an animated background and USB audio input

My stream will dip occasionally from 60fps down into the mid 40's (this shows in both the live stream and the local recordings), but OBS reports only about 50% CPU usage. A while back I tried turning VSync on for everything in the Nvidia control panel but that caused OBS to run at a solid 30fps or less if it was in focus, so I'd rather not look at vsync as a solution to maintaining consistent 60fps

I'm including a log file from last nights stream, just over 4 hours of streaming

Bump

Would switching my streaming encoder to Quicksync rather than X264 make a difference? If I can take the encoding workload off of my CPU and let it focus on running OBS and other background tasks, while my iGPU encodes the stream, would I notice any difference in stream quality or OBS performance?
