Trying to create simple thin-framed overlay to frame my Webcam Video Capture

I went to www.placeit.com to search for a simple crisp, thin-framed overlay, but all of the overlays I found seemed fancy and highly embellished, for "gamers."

Can anyone post a link to a site that offers a simple thin white or gold frame to go around the entire circumference of my web cam video capture image?

I want to use this frame for one scene where my webcam capture shows me inside this normal-looking thing white frame, speaking to my audience, but I want my video capture image to stand out from the other two images shown on either side.

Problem solved. Found a frame png image and loaded it as a source in the scene, then over-laid the video capture source. :)
