Question / Help Trying to connect to a Chinese server from Canada. No Connection.

I have watched dozens of YouTube videos and I can't solve this issue. It works for YouTube but not for the specific stream key I received from a friend in China. I have attached the log file here. If anyone can help, that'd be great.

ps we are doing a live concert on the 29th to raise money for the hospitals in wuhan and it would be amazing if someone could assist in this issue.

Connection is being blocked. You may need a VPN connection to China in order to use a streak key issued there.
