Question / Help Trying to capture a game AND use a webcam

HI all. Amazing software, thanks a ton for it.

I use OBS to record games in FLV, then later I upload them to my youtube channel. I would like to have a window where my webcam could show my face while I am playing. I downloaded some software that captures my face and can even add filters etc. Then I added a new source to my regular game capture - window capture. I then set up a sub region that will show my face in the correct part of the screen.

Here's the problem: I can successfully capture either the game OR the feed but I cannot overlay the video feed on top of the game window. Can this be done?

Make sure the webcam source is on top of the game capture source in the list of sources.

It's a bit weird to use Window capture to get the webcam...usually you just add the webcam directly as a video capture device.

The problem with using OBS's webcam source is that I cannot zoom it and I cannot apply and neat filters.
