Trying to add Noise Gate to mic, no filter options present.

I want to add a Noise Gate to remove the sound of my breathing from my audio. I open OBS, my mic is plugged in, on and working. I right click the mic (Or go to the gear), Find the "Filters" option and click it. It opens a blank menu. No options. No buttons. Just a gray menu.
