Question / Help Trying to achieve a smooth stream but need help

Okay so i really would like to get in to streaming but i cant get my stream smooth and no one wants to watch a shitty stream so here is everything you might need to help me, also would a new graphic card help make it smoother cause i am thinking of buying R7 265 (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127790) or would more ram help

Uh...Your stream looked fine? You set the framerate to 25. So it's not going to look like it does as you're playing it.
