If you do not plan to stream from OBS but to record to a file on your computer and later to upload that file to IGTV, you do not need a stream key. You can skip that. At the bottom right you can Start Recording.
Before you actually start recording, go to Settings, Output and select the Recording Path , quality and format.
And of course do some test recordings :)
