I don't see any dropped frames in your log, but I imagine things might run better if OBS was running on your discrete GPU instead of the integrated one. This isn't a laptop, is it?

I was running it off my CPU using display capture. Because when i use my GPU it looks bad.

Your discrete GPU is much stronger than your integrated one. Using the integrated GPU only makes sense if this is a laptop and you need to use it that way to run display capture. Which is why I asked if this is a laptop.

I tried running my 1050 Ti but it seems they both stopped working for display capturing. I got a indefinite black screen an neither my Integrated GPU or my 1050 TI GPU will not do display or window captures anymore without a Indefinite black screen or a frozen display in OBS. I think i'm out of ideas man. I think OBS is broke for my Asus Gaming Notebook.

If you want to run game capture, OBS has to run on the Nvidia card.

If you want to run display capture, OBS has to run on the Intel GPU.
