Question / Help trouble with zoom recording - starting the output failed?

Hi I am new to the OBS platform and can't figure out how to get the recording started. This is the error log I keep getting.
Any ideas?

You need to set your recording encoder to something other than NVENC. Your 660 does not have NVENC support, or your drivers are too old (try updating them from the nvidia website). Use x264 instead.
