Question / Help trouble with watermark as source

Open Broadcaster Software v0.657b

I have a scene established with a video capture card (AVerMedia CaptureCard) I have a Sony camcorder attached to the capture card. I created a png image with transparent background (with InkScape) and the images don't work as broadcasting. Any suggestions what would be causing the transparent watermarks to not appear?
