Recently i built a new PC and spent a fair amount of money on it and was wishing to stream. my specs are:
CPU: AMD A-10 12 computing core CPU (4 CPU + 8 GPU)
graphics card: GTX 970 4 GB 256-bit GDDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte AMD FM2+ A88X
monitor: 4k upstar monitor
Internet: 100mb upload, 100mb download
I have tried multiple different settings in OBS but none allow me to maintain over 20 fps in game. I have tried using the base resolution as 4k and downscaling it all the way down to 720p and im still getting the same frame rate issues. Also i tried starting at 1080p as my base and reducing it by 2x and still the issues persisted. I also have tried lowering my bitrate all the way down to 1500 and still, i have horrible fps on stream and in game. Any recommendations to help with this would be greatly appreciated.
