Question / Help Trouble with OBS

Hello, When I try to stream a certain portion of my monitor screen, for example, 1/3 of it, I check my actual stream on twitch tv and when I see my stream, I can only see 1/3 of it. How do I get it so the viewers can see the entire screen because the 2/3 of it is all black.

Are you trying to do a Window Capture type situation? Or a full Monitor capture? You should try to use Game capture over all of the options unless you REALLY need to. Window capture next to that, as Game capture especially is much more efficient.

Make sure you dont have a "sub region" enabled, and if you do, make sure you select the correct area you want to show.
