Bug Report Trouble with capturing The Division 2

For some time I have a problem capturing The division 2. All other games are captured without any problem, no matter whether DX11, 12 or Vulkan. I reinstalled the system, I installed a fresh new windows without moving anything and I still OBS don't want to capture this one game. In addition, there was a problem closing OBS.
OBS was runa as administrator.

Tested OBS Streamlabs and have no problem capture The Division 2, only OBS have this problem.

The problem is that in OBS 25.0.1, the Game Capture source was updated to add Vulkan capture support (for titles like DOOM Eternal, which is Vulkan-only), which changes the signature of the process.

Many game devs need to update their anticheat software to whitelist the new game capture signature in their anticheat software.
This isn't something the OBS Devs can do, this is all on the game devs to update their stuff.
OBS 25 has been out for almost two weeks now. Yell at the people dragging their feet, not here.
 
It's a new version of OBS, so it should take some time for game devs to update their whitelist. The Division 2 and other Ubisoft games are amongst many of these, yet to be updated Ubisoft games.
 
There is only a problem with The Division 2, the rest of the games from Ubi are captured without any problem. I contacted EAC (easy anty cheat) and wrote back that their program has added a new version of OBS to the whitelist. Unfortunately, Ubisoft support runs a board that is probably fun and doesn't look at there :/
