Trouble updating OBS Studio on Windows 11

I keep getting an error message:
"OBS files are being used by the following applications: msedgewebview2.exe Please close these applications to continue setup."
Using Task Manager to kill those programs/processes is like playing wack-a-mole. They keep restarting. If I could get rid of Edge entirely I would, but that seems to be a built in evil.
I have included, I hope, the 10 most recent logfiles.
Perhaps someone more experienced than this noob can figure out what's going on.

The logs aren't going to help, it is exactly as you think where you just need to close all instances of edge in task manager. You can try restarting your computer but it isn't really anything with OBS.
